Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting within a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. Assist in helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally in a compassionate residential setting.
