Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior, support students' routines, and reinforce life skills while promoting social-emotional growth. Maintain a safe, inclusive home setting and work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students. Ensure a supportive atmosphere that helps children from diverse backgrounds thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
