Student Support Caregiver

Student Support Caregiver at Milton Hershey School provides daily care and supervision in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. Responsibilities include nurturing students, modeling positive behavior, promoting social-emotional growth, supporting students’ routines, reinforcing life skills, and maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Works closely with education and community services staff to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally.
