Student Support Caregiver

Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment, supporting routines and reinforcing life skills. Model positive behavior to promote social-emotional growth while maintaining a safe, inclusive home setting. Work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students from diverse backgrounds. Assist in helping children thrive academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
