Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment. Model positive behavior, promote social-emotional growth, and support students' routines while reinforcing life skills. Maintain a safe, inclusive home setting and work closely with education and community services staff to nurture and guide students. Assist children from diverse backgrounds in thriving academically, socially, and personally within the Milton Hershey School community.
