Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision for students in a residential pre-K–12 environment while modeling positive behavior and promoting social-emotional growth. Support students' routines, reinforce life skills, and maintain a safe, inclusive home setting by working closely with education and community services staff. Assist children from diverse backgrounds in thriving academically, socially, and personally within a compassionate residential environment.
