Job Summary
Student Support (Behavior) Interventionist provides direct behavioral interventions and social-emotional programming, including CICO, small group/individual SEL interventions, emotional regulation instruction, RULER coaching, restorative practices, and collaboration with school leadership and MTSS teams. Responsibilities include responding to behavior incidents, developing and monitoring behavior support plans, data collection and reporting, participating in MTSS and grade-level meetings, staff coaching on behavior strategies, and contributing to school-wide SEL programming. Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of behavior intervention experience, and eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Full-time, non-exempt position located in Fort Collins, CO.
