Student Support Associate (Part Time)

Job Summary
Greet visitors, answer questions, and keep the front desk and common areas running smoothly at the Colorado Springs campus. Process student documentation including training records, timesheets, certificates, and transcripts while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. Respond to student questions about attendance, scheduling, learning platforms, and program requirements via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and support for students navigating their student portal, online course content, and related systems to resolve common technical and account-access issues. Monitor and audit attendance records, follow up on absences, and support makeup scheduling. Coordinate with instructors, compliance, IT, and other departments to resolve student issues and escalate technical concerns when appropriate. Support classroom readiness, campus events, and general daily operations. Work 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm MT on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in student support, customer service, helpdesk, technical support, or administrative work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general web-based systems
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work both independently and across teams
- Must be willing and able to work 3:30 pm to 10:00 pm MT on-site on our Colorado Springs campus
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Docebo, or similar CRM, LMS, or student information platforms
- Previous helpdesk, technical support, or customer support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent foundational IT certification
- Experience supporting users across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
