Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee programs supporting at-risk students and their families, including Alternative Learning, At Risk Student Programs, Dropout Prevention and Recovery, and Student Homebound Services. Lead collaborations with community organizations, identify and manage grants, provide staff trainings on effective strategies for working with at-risk students and engaging families, and conduct professional development for parents and community members. Serve as primary liaison among students, families, school staff, and community partners; monitor program progress with data-driven reporting; ensure compliance with Section 504 and connect military families to resources. Requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience; responsibilities include program development, stakeholder engagement, and data-informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in an educational or community service setting, with a focus on at-risk populations
