Job Summary
Student Supply Chain Coordinator internship based in Edmonton, AB. Collaborate with various departments to gather information for purchasing and subcontract administration proposals; assist in creating and formatting documents to organizational standards; coordinate review processes with stakeholders; conduct market research related to purchasing and subcontract administration; analyze client requirements to tailor proposals; maintain a comprehensive database of proposal content; organize and manage proposal files; work with subject matter experts to incorporate technical details into proposals; conduct proofreading and editing to ensure quality; assist in developing templates and standard content for future proposal processes; 4-month co-op starting September 2026; role involves close collaboration with teams and requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships

- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Residency, or a valid work permit which would allow work for Bird Construction or subsidiaries
- Pre-employment Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug testing may be required
- Current transcript required
