Job Summary
Enforce school policies and procedures while supervising students during assigned playground, hallway, and lunchroom periods. Utilize appropriate disciplinary techniques to ensure safety, maintain awareness of emergency procedures, and keep grounds free from rubbish. Monitor playground equipment for unsafe conditions and report issues immediately to the school leader. Clean work areas, including sweeping and maintaining lunchroom floors, while assuming other responsibilities assigned by the school leader. Maintain open communication with staff and implement site playground rules and regulations.
Required Qualifications

- The ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and families to build trust and rapport within the school community
- The willingness to be a humble change agent
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clean background check
- Passed a physical exam to certify being in good health and drug free
- Solid record of punctuality verified by background check
