Job Summary
Join the Student Success Team at Aveda to ensure a positive student experience, manage student records, and support career placements. Ideal candidates will have experience in social services or human resources and a commitment to environmental responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Exhibit self-direction, initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through with the ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Ability to set and achieve goals, implement decisions, and work under strict deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, psychology, human resources, or other related field preferred
- Prior professional experience in social services, human resources, or other related fields
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrate extreme professionalism and confidentiality in manner, dress, and conduct
- Familiarity with resumes, professional networks, and various roles within organizations
