Student Success Team Lead

Lead a Student Success team of coaches to improve student outcomes through coaching and data-driven strategies. Responsibilities include developing the team, building meaningful student relationships, leading weekly meetings and pipeline sessions to identify retention strategies, tracking performance with KPIs such as retention, attendance, and student NPS, addressing challenges, monitoring daily activities (calls, emails, texts), conducting call monitoring for coaching improvement, managing a small caseload of students, partnering with leadership to align on initiatives, handling escalated student concerns, applying teaching or instructional experience to coach the team, and continuously refining the student success program. Requirements include 4+ years in customer service/education/coaching, 3+ years of leadership, strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for mentoring. The role is hybrid with in-office Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri; located in Austin, Texas, USA, with compensation in the $72,000–$82,000 base range plus equity, and benefits. TN visa sponsorship is available for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens, but new H-1B sponsorship is not offered.
