Job Summary

Student Success Officer will be the front-facing, on-site support at Regent College London campuses, responsible for reception duties, customer service to students, staff, and visitors, handling queries in person and via email, signposting to services, taking ownership from first contact to resolution, and providing administrative support to campus operations. Responsibilities include assisting with daily campus operations, opening/closing, inspections, reporting maintenance, managing communications, supporting attendance and class-related needs, coordinating with facilities and academic teams, maintaining records, handling health and safety procedures, and acting as first aider and fire marshal. Must deliver excellent customer service, effectively liaise with multiple departments, and help ensure a smooth campus experience. Required skills include strong customer service, organization, ability to manage multiple queries, effective communication, reliability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems. Shift-based role across multiple sites with variable hours.
