Job Summary
Student Success Manager to support learners in a digital education environment across time zones, from onboarding through course completion. Responsible for 1:1 and group learner support sessions, helping learners structure study plans, addressing engagement challenges, maintaining clear communication via email, chat, and video, collaborating with facilitators and career coaches, monitoring learner performance, collecting feedback for process improvements, and providing alumni support to foster community growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement within education or training environments
- Experience facilitating online sessions or coaching learners (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital education platforms and online learning environments
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse learner groups
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Empathy and proactive approach to learner outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple time zones and support schedules
