Job Summary
The Student Success Librarian leads information literacy instruction and engagement initiatives to support teaching, learning, and research, with a focus on students who are under-prepared for a college STEM curriculum. Responsibilities include designing and delivering workshops and events, creating online research guides and tutorials, collecting and analyzing data to demonstrate program impact, coordinating Open Educational Resources initiatives, and fostering belonging within the library and campus community. The role collaborates with faculty and campus partners, represents library programming at orientations and events, and supports outreach through data-driven assessment and program improvement, all within a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s of Library Science from an ALA accredited program or equivalent
- One year of professional library experience post MLS/MLIS
- Experience teaching, training, or providing instructional support, preferably in an academic or library setting
