Job Summary
Student Success Facilitator at Comstock Park High School serves as a student-centered professional supporting at-risk youth through a whole-child approach. The role emphasizes removing barriers to personal success via developing communication strategies, time-management, and academic focus; fostering accountability, goal setting, and emotional resilience; acting as a bridge between students, administration, and support teams; balancing proactive intervention with structured supervision; contributing to school safety, discipline transitions, and restorative frameworks; and delivering MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, data tracking, and collaboration with counselors and social workers. Compensation is negotiable; position is at-risk funded. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with Spanish language skills highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services)
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents, preferably within an educational setting
- Proven knowledge of MTSS frameworks, behavioral interventions, and behavioral threat assessment (BTAM) practices
- Experience planning and conducting professional development/training with collaborative abilities
- Spanish-speaking skills are highly desirable
