Student Success Facilitator

Job Summary
Facilitate student success for at-risk youth at Comstock Park High School by partnering with students, counselors, social workers, and school administration to co-create and monitor personal, behavioral, and academic goals. Conduct regular check-ins to build self-regulation, time-management, and ownership; identify and bridge gaps in students' basic, emotional, or social needs; support disciplinary processes with restorative practices; design and implement structured re-entry plans after suspensions or absences; mediate conflicts using restorative justice; contribute to MTSS Tier 2/3 interventions; provide trauma-informed de-escalation during behavioral crises; collect and analyze behavioral, attendance, and disciplinary data to measure efficacy and adjust strategies; support co-curricular activities to increase engagement; collaborate across teams to promote a safe, supportive school climate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with at-risk adolescents, preferably within an educational setting
- Proven knowledge of MTSS frameworks and behavioral threat assessment practices (BTAM)
- Experience planning and conducting professional development/training
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various groups and gain consensus for program implementation
- Experience utilizing data-based decision-making systems to track and evaluate student progress
