Job Summary

Manage an active caseload of students from onboarding through graduation, building consistent relationships and proactively addressing barriers to retention, certification, and program completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned students, driving outcomes through early intervention, milestone tracking, and support for accommodation requests and resource referrals. Accurately document all interactions, participate in cohort tracking and audits, and facilitate student success events such as retention workshops and career fairs. Work within a metrics-driven environment requiring weekly and monthly reporting on student success data.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience in student services, advising, career services, workforce development, recruiting, or a related support role
  • 1 year of related experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours
  • Willingness to travel locally or overnight as needed
