Student Success Coach- Remote/Evenings

Student Success Coach at Walden University provides academic mentorship, advising, and student-support to guide online degree seekers toward timely degree completion. Responsibilities include guiding an average of 120–150 students, supporting educational planning and progress from enrollment to graduation, monitoring adherence to university policies, coordinating with Faculty to ensure student engagement and academic integrity, advising on time management and study strategies, connecting students with university resources, documenting all engagements, and maintaining regular communication per university protocol. Must be proficient with computers and phone/video communications, flexible in schedule, and able to work beyond 40 hours during peak periods. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, plus experience in service-oriented settings and familiarity with online learning tools, are required. Salary range is $24.00–$28.00 per hour, with actual pay determined by factors such as experience and location; benefits are offered.
