Job Summary
Monitor student attendance and assessment submissions, identifying those requiring additional support. Provide personalized coaching and mentoring focused on academic progress and goal setting. Schedule and coordinate support sessions including tutoring, study groups, or workshops as needed. Act as a source of inspiration to encourage students to maintain academic momentum. Regularly assess and report on progress to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain regular communication through various channels while collecting and analyzing feedback to improve resources. Collaborate with trainers to align support efforts with course objectives. Assist all active students with enrollment-related support requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Experience with data tracking and reporting

- Knowledge of educational principles and learning strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field
