Job Summary
Student Success Coach (hybrid schedule with two in-office days weekly) serves as an academic mentor, advisor, and champion for student progress. Responsibilities include guiding assigned students through educational planning and progress from enrollment to graduation, maintaining documentation and regular communication, advising on time management and study strategies, connecting students with university resources, coordinating with Faculty, and supporting students’ engagement and success in their programs. Requires Bachelor’s degree, robust communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work with multiple databases and platforms, comfort with remote/online learning environments, and capacity to work extended hours during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a service-oriented environment, teaching or university setting
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with integrated technology systems and tools
- Familiarity with online learning and Internet technology a plus
