Student Success Coach

Provide direct, comprehensive academic guidance and coaching to an assigned cohort of 120-150 students, partnering with Faculty to ensure engagement and progress throughout the program. Responsibilities include advising on educational planning, monitoring progress per university policies, facilitating regular communication with students, maintaining documentation, guiding time management and study planning, linking students to campus resources, evaluating learning needs and engagement, and supporting career planning within the program. Must be comfortable working at a computer and on the phone, with a hybrid schedule (two in-office days per week) and the potential for peak-period overtime. Bachelor’s degree required and 2-3 years of service-oriented experience; strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills are essential. Salary range is $24.00-$28.84 per hour, adjusted by factors including experience and location; includes a benefits package and 401k with employer match.
