Job Summary
Student Success Coach with a remote-to-hybrid scheduling model located in/near Phoenix, AZ. You will manage a caseload of 50–75 students, conduct proactive outreach via phone, text, and chat, coach students through personal and academic goals, track progress using dashboards, and maintain clear documentation. Responsibilities include regular 1:1 coaching, goal breakdown, collaboration with Admissions and Onboarding, and adapting to changing tools/processes in a fast-paced startup environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, relationship-building ability, and high-volume follow-up. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM PT; role is remote now with hybrid transition and is based in the Phoenix area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and caseload management skills
- Ability to build relationships and navigate emotionally sensitive conversations
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outreach
- Remote position based in Phoenix, AZ with eligibility to work in the U.S.
