Job Summary
Ball State University is hiring a Student Success Coach to coach, mentor, and guide high-priority, high-need students through a caseload-support model. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive academic coaching and student success strategies, maintaining regular contact with caseloads (in person and remotely as needed), monitoring progress, helping students develop degree plans for timely graduation, collaborating with academic advisors, maintaining thorough records, and liaising with Disability Services and other campus support areas. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Banner and Degree Works and a Board-Certified Coach or ICF-recognized certification. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution by date of employment
- One year of experience in academic advising, student services, counseling, academic coaching, or related field
