Student Success Champion

Conduct daily outreach to students and families to identify barriers to academic success and coordinate support services. Develop and execute targeted interventions for at-risk learners while tracking progress against individual goals. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and community partners to ensure seamless communication and resource allocation. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and intervention outcomes. This part-time role supports the Student Success team in Fairfield, CA, focusing on improving retention and engagement rates across the district.
