Job Summary
Coordinate and support student success and behavioral services in a K-12 setting, focusing on improving attendance, implementing restorative practices for elementary students, and removing barriers to learning. Lead PBIS initiatives, maintain behavioral and attendance documentation, and collaborate with schools to ensure effective intervention tracking and strong communication with families and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Administrative License
- Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in an elementary school setting
- Demonstrated experience with PBIS implementation and attendance intervention systems
- Experience supporting student discipline and restorative practices preferred
- Demonstrated experience with student documentation, behavioral records, attendance records, and intervention tracking systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Record of strong personal attendance and dependability
- A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment
