Job Summary
Provide coaching support and troubleshoot at-risk issues for enrolled students via phone, email, and web chat to help them achieve educational goals from course commencement through graduation. Manage study paths to create efficient routes and drive re-enrolment into new programs that support students' objectives. Build detailed knowledge of University partners and course offerings through supported training and research. Overcome objections commonly faced by students studying online while maintaining relationships that allow you to fulfil the role as their trusted adviser. This full-time position operates on a standard 38-hour week with core hours Monday to Friday 8 am – 7 pm on a rotating roster.
