Job Summary
Student Success Advisor to support trucking students from enrollment through graduation, including inbound/outbound calls, assisting with permits, DOT physicals, drug screens, attendance, and testing requirements; track attendance and identify students needing additional support; maintain Salesforce records; assist with enrollment documentation and billing packages; support job placement follow-up and verify placements; greet walk-in or prospective students at a branch; collaborate with yards, instructors, and support teams to remove barriers; flexible remote or branch-based work depending on business needs; compensation includes hourly pay with potential commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a student caseload and follow through on details
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Experience using Salesforce, Outlook, and standard communication tools
- Comfortable working remotely or from a branch location as assigned
- Ability to support students professionally by phone, email, text, and in person
- Accountable, coachable, and focused on student outcomes
