Job Summary
Student Success Advisor at 160 Driving Academy supports students from enrollment through graduation, CDL testing, and job placement. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, helping students stay on track with permits, DOT physicals, drug screens, attendance, and testing; tracking attendance; updating communications in Salesforce; assisting with enrollment documentation and billing; supporting job placement follow-up; greeting walk-in or prospective students at a branch; maintaining a clean, professional branch environment; partnering with yards, instructors, compliance, and training teams to remove barriers; and adhering to pricing and discount guidelines. Preferred qualifications include experience in education or workforce programs, familiarity with government assistance programs, experience with adult learners or career-change students, branch operations or site coordination, and bilingual skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a student caseload and follow through on details
- Experience using Salesforce, Outlook, and standard communication tools
- Comfortable working remotely or from a branch location as assigned
- Ability to support students professionally by phone, email, text, and in person
- Accountable, coachable, and focused on student outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education or student services
- Familiarity with WIOA or government-assistance programs
- Bilingual English and Spanish helpful
- Experience coordinating compliance documents such as permits, physicals, drug screens, or testing paperwork
