Job Summary
Conduct spiritual development, lead teams in discipleship, and manage resource development including donor care and fundraising. Engage in direct ministry through contact work, club leadership, and camping strategy implementation. Support office administration, complete expense reports, and adhere to all organizational policies and religious standards. Participate in regional training events and work under the supervision of the area director. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong relational skills with both kids and adults. Pursue a college degree while actively developing personal spiritual maturity and ministry competency.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and support by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
