Job Summary
Conduct spiritual development, lead teams in ministry, and manage resource efforts including donor care and fundraising. Engage in direct ministry through contact work, club leadership, and summer or school-season camping strategies. Support office administration, complete expense reports, and adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures. Participate in regional and area training events to develop personal spiritual maturity and competency in ministry skills. Pursue a college degree while maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
