Job Summary
Lead spiritual development, leadership training, and resource fundraising for a regional Young Life ministry team. Actively engage in contact work, club operations, and camping strategy implementation while managing donor care and office administration tasks. Maintain confidentiality, adhere to strict biblical standards, and pursue a college degree. Requires proven relational skills with youth and adults, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under the supervision of an area director.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
