Job Summary
Part-time Student Staff 1 position at Young Life in Wheaton, IL. Responsibilities include spiritual development activities (prayer, discipleship, and church-community involvement), leadership development (recruiting/training volunteers, team leadership, and ministry planning), and ministry support (fundraising, donor care, events, and club/Campaigners activities). The role requires delivering ministry across multiple areas, coordinating with area leadership, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
