Job Summary
Conduct spiritual development, lead teams in discipleship, and manage resource development including donor care and fundraising. Actively engage in contact work, club leadership, and summer/school-season camping strategy implementation. Support office administration, handle expense reports, and adhere to all ministry policies and procedures. Complete assigned regional training events and develop a yearly personal growth plan. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong relational skills with both kids and adults while pursuing a college degree.
Required Qualifications
- Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
- Subscribe to the statements and policies required of all Young Life staff, including the Young Life Statement of Faith
- Be ready, willing and able to fulfill such ministry functions as may be required by the organization
- Refrain from conduct and statements that detract from the biblical standards taught and supported by Young Life
- Abide by all policies and practices of Young Life including, without limitation, those related to religious belief or ministry activities
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Pursuing a college degree
