Job Summary
Experienced financial services professional with expertise in student loan servicing, account collections, financial reconciliation, and regulatory compliance. Skilled in processing loan payments, managing deferments and cancellations, maintaining accurate financial records, and conducting collection efforts for student loans and tuition accounts. Proficient in reconciling financial data, monitoring program compliance requirements, updating policies and procedures, and generating reports to support financial operations. Strong administrative, customer service, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in arts, Business or related field of study plus three (3) years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment OR High School Diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative/clerical experience.
- Workday Student experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft - excel, word, power point, etc.
