Student Services Specialist / BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs. Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students, staff, and families while collaborating with educators, administrators, and related service providers. Implement, monitor, and evaluate interventions through coaching, professional development, and clinical supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians. Monitor student progress using data to recommend adjustment and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements. Support positive student outcomes via multidisciplinary team collaboration. Full-time, 210-day position in Tamworth, Madison, and Freedom.
Required Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide both direct student services and consultation to school personnel
Desired Qualifications
- Valid New Hampshire Special Education Certification
- Experience working in a public school setting
- Knowledge of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
