Job Summary

Student Services Officer responsible for delivering front-line support to students, managing records with data integrity and compliance, and guiding students through enrolment, orientation, and graduation processes. Collaborates with academic and administrative teams to streamline procedures, assists students in navigating university systems (RTO Manager, CRM) and resources, and provides accurate information with a friendly, professional demeanor. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication. Knowledge of relevant education policies, regulations, and best practices; TEQSA/ASQA familiarity is desirable. Focus on enhancing the student experience and contributing to continuous improvement through feedback analysis and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration or student services, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in student information systems (e.g. RTO Manager, CRM) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and an understanding of compliance, records management, and data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with the Australian education system and regulatory standards (TEQSA, ASQA) is desirable.
