Job Summary
Maintains student academic and financial records and assists the School Director with daily operations of the school, including registering/enrolling students, preparing tuition worksheets, handling invoicing, coordinating Open House events and Parent Tours, assisting with communications and materials, deposits of accounts receivable, and substituting for regular classroom teachers as needed. Emphasizes organizational skills, reliability, and customer-service oriented interactions with children and parents; requires collaboration with the School Director and regular attendance at staff events and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree and/or experience in general office management
- Competent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen training are required within 30 days of employment
