Job Summary
Student Registration & Support Staff responsible for coordinating examination and thesis-related activities at BINUS @Medan. Key duties include confirming schedules with the examination scheduling team, announcing thesis defense schedules to students, handling Formulir Isian ijazah (FII) forms, entering and tracking FII changes, following up on missing submissions, providing exam-related documents and facilities, validating scores with Biro Nilai, ensuring confidentiality of examination data, monitoring day-to-day operations for examination activities, and coordinating enrollment-related processes (KRSS/KRS) with class scheduling. The role also involves preparing materials for thesis defense, assisting with registration data accuracy and timelines, and generating periodic reports for supervision. Requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Management or a related field and at least 1 year of work experience.
