Job Summary
Build the university's Southeast Asia recruitment pipeline to achieve enrolment targets aligned with the global multi-year plan. Provide accurate advice to prospective students, parents, and counsellors while supporting applicant conversion activities with Admissions teams. Deliver agent training, events, and updates to ensure accurate programme knowledge, then monitor performance against due diligence standards. Plan and execute recruitment activities including school visits and workshops, collaborating with the Marketing team on region-specific campaigns. Provide structured market intelligence to the Regional Manager to inform global strategy and contribute to University-wide data reporting. Ensure in-market activity supports the global B2B channel strategy while identifying programme promotion opportunities in China.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing
- Proven record of managing agent networks and delivering recruitment events
- Evidence of consistently meeting or achieving targets
- Experience of delivering growth across a range of stakeholders in SE Asia
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills across stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and manage travel
- Flexibility to travel extensively within SE Asia
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during traditional holiday periods as required
