Job Summary
Lead and coordinate marketing and recruitment activities for Stanley College across domestic and international markets; manage enquiry channels (walk-ins, CRM, chat platforms, social media) to optimise conversion; engage with onshore education agents and prospective students; develop pricing, course packaging, and recruitment plans with senior team; ensure compliance with admission requirements and visa/GTE considerations; maintain accurate CRM records and support events, campaigns, and promotional activities to promote Stanley College courses.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role (education sector preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of international student recruitment, visa/GTE requirements, or education pathways (desirable)
- Ability to analyse marketing and recruitment data (e.g. enquiry trends, campaign performance)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engagement platforms
- National Police Records Check prior to commencing employment
