Student Recruitment Officer – Marketing

Job Summary
Promote ECU Sri Lanka programs to prospective students, parents, and agents; attend education fairs, school visits, and virtual events to generate leads; manage student inquiries through CRM, follow up to maximize conversions, and guide applicants through the application process to offer, acceptance, and enrolment. Support marketing campaigns and digital/social media recruitment activities, and provide high-quality customer service and data-protection compliant interactions with prospective students and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Education, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, sales, or customer service (experience in the education industry is an added advantage)
