Student recruitment officer / Course Advisor

The Course Advisor will proactively guide applicants through the enrolment process, ensuring compliance with admission policies and delivering excellent customer service to recruit high-caliber students for Regent College London study centres in London. Responsibilities include meeting annual recruitment targets, educating applicants about Regent College London programmes, building expertise on available programmes, engaging with applicants via multiple channels with documented CRM history, fostering relationships with schools, colleges, agents and local businesses to support blended learning recruitment, achieving lead conversion and retention goals, and contributing to events and outreach to raise brand awareness. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and collaborative teamwork, with a focus on customer service excellence, process improvement, and achievement of individual and team targets.
