• •High school diploma
• •1-3 years of excellence in Customer Service
• •2 years of recruitment experience
• •Valid, US driver's license
• •Possibility of a valid Class C (CDL) license
• •Meeting University's standards for approved drivers
• •No three (3) or more at-fault accidents and/or moving violations in the previous 36 months
• •No two (2) or more at-fault accidents or two (2) or more moving violations in the past year
• •No conviction for driving while impaired (DWI, DUI) within the last five (5) years
• •No conviction for death by vehicle, hit and run, racing, careless and reckless driving, implied consent in the previous five (5) years
• •No serious violations including speeding over 15 mph, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, reckless or careless driving, use of vehicle in drug trafficking/reckless homicide/soliciting, unlawful use of weapons, driving under suspension or revocation, fleeing a police officer, vehicle theft, improper or illegal lane change, following too close, or passing a stopped school bus while stop sign is engaged
• •Availability for 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST
• •Availability Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST as needed
• •Must be able to drive a university vehicle
• •Must possess and maintain a valid, US driver's license
• •Must be able to provide excellent customer service to coworkers, staff, students, faculty, and customers
• •Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• •Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• •Must be able to recognize and deal with priorities
• •Must be able to recognize and perform duties not directly assigned
• •Must be able to investigate, problem-solve and take corrective action
• •Must be a dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual with professional recruitment experience in higher education
• •Must have analytical skills
• •Must demonstrate exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
