Job Summary
Student Recruitment Coordinator responsible for managing the full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment for The Orpheus Centre in Godstone, Surrey. Duties include coordinating college tours and events (on-site and virtual), reviewing applications and EHCPs, liaising with local authorities on placements and funding, maintaining applicant records in MIS, and providing admissions data to senior leadership. Requires strong administrative experience, understanding of SEND/EHCP processes, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; safeguarding and DBS checks are part of the process. This role is full-time, permanent, 35 hours per week, based at The Orpheus Centre with in-person duties in Surrey. Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or education setting
- Understanding of SEND and EHCP processes
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
