Student Recruitment Advisor

The Student Recruitment Advisor role is a sales-focused position responsible for managing enquiries and enrolments to meet new student targets, converting inquiries to appointments, and providing high-quality service to prospective students and stakeholders. You will report to the National Sales Operations Manager and work with Student Enrolment Advisors across Yoobee Colleges, as well as the Business Development and Short Course Teams, to secure future enrolments and ensure the enrolment process is customer-centric and seamless. Key duties include developing and maintaining knowledge of courses, employment outcomes, and market positioning; staying up-to-date with NZQA/TEC requirements and policies; adhering to TEC rules and company policies; and effectively communicating with prospective learners. Ideal candidates will thrive in a customer-focused environment, demonstrate rapport-building, have interest or experience in creative/tech industries, be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
