Job Summary
Conduct field recruitment by attending community events, executing off-site presentations at daycares and housing authorities, and performing door-to-door canvassing to build brand awareness. Secure leads and applications through cold calling campaigns while assisting families with completing paper or online applications. Manage the applicant nurture process by tailoring outreach messages, conducting regular follow-ups, and tracking interactions to convert leads into applicants. Complete application verification calls, update systems, and capture event media to maintain accurate records. Ensure applicant data is captured timely and identify opportunities for process improvements.
