Job Summary
Maintain and manage student records and scheduling at the high school level. Enroll new students, maintain student records databases, and handle data entry into scheduling modules (including Aeries/Aeries-like systems), transcript processing, and graduation status reviews. Post SAT/ACT scores and other college information, coordinate data processing timelines with counseling and administration, supervise clerical staff, and train personnel on scheduling software. Prepare and maintain master schedules and course catalogs for grades 7-12, and handle related data requests from parents, outside agencies, and school personnel. Ensure accuracy of data, troubleshooting of scheduling systems, and adherence to data processing procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or its equivalent
- Three years of clerical work with at least one year of experience with scheduling programs similar to SASI or Aeries
- Knowledge of Microsoft office program
- Ability to type 50 words per minute
- Ability to operate 10-key calculator
- Enforce spelling and grammar standards
- Ability to handle data processing procedures and training personnel in Aeries
- Experience with scheduling and transcripts
- Experience with data entry and data processing timelines
- Ability to maintain student records and schedules
- Experience with post-secondary testing data (SAT/ACT)
- Knowledge of master course catalogs
