Job Summary

The Student Records Coordinator will manage all student academic records at the campus locations and support the University Office of the Registrar. This role includes implementing student records management policies, performing academic data entry and verification in the CampusNexus system, monitoring students' academic progress, processing student changes, and ensuring compliance with graduation eligibility. Required qualifications include an associate’s degree, along with 2-3 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred skills include experience with CampusNexus.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant; 4-5 years preferred.
  • Ability to handle a high pressure environment with significant timeline pressures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CampusNexus student database preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to learn new methodologies, technologies and systems.
